Pricing
Our pricing packages are simple and straightforward. We charge 6% of your rental return.
If you have a portfolio please contact us as we can offer a special rate. For management of blocks of flats or conversions please do get in touch and we will be able to quote. Additional services are quoted separately and no costs are committed to without your express agreement.
Business Terms
Our standard agreement spans 12 months with a 3-month break clause. Full details available on request.
